Help with Napnix

The public beta is maintained by a solo developer. Email support is available for account, privacy, data-loss, and safety concerns.

Public beta notice · Last updated July 17, 2026.

Contact support

Email alextovt2@gmail.com. Include the screen you were using, what you expected, and what happened. Do not send authentication tokens, a full backup file, a child’s full name, or sleep notes unless support specifically asks for the minimum information needed.

Backup and recovery

Start with Data & Backup. A full JSON backup preserves profiles, sleep days, progress, settings, and onboarding state; CSV is intended for readable sleep-row export. If you are signed in, Cloud Backups can restore a retained snapshot to this browser.

Do not clear browser data before confirming that a recent JSON export or cloud snapshot exists. Recovery is not guaranteed if no backup exists.

Local data deletion

The local deletion control in Data & Backup signs out first, then removes Napnix-owned IndexedDB records, Napnix localStorage keys, and Napnix offline caches from this browser. It does not remove cloud snapshots or delete the account.

Account deletion

First delete any cloud snapshots you can access from Cloud Backups. Then email alextovt2@gmail.com from the email address connected to the Napnix account with the subject “Napnix account deletion request.”

Support may ask you to verify control of the account before deleting its authentication record and remaining account-linked cloud data. Do not send a password or sign-in token. Account deletion does not erase local data on your devices; use the local deletion control separately on each device.

Known beta limits

Napnix does not provide medical advice, guaranteed schedules, guaranteed backup recovery, or instant automated account deletion. See Terms and Data Safety before relying on a recommendation.
